·       Working with our client, review and document the company’s current holdings and usage of computer hardware and software, the degree of integration, security measures and quality of the systems in use.

·       Assist the management to evaluate future requirements for IT services and/or hardware, software, integration, security, communications and IT training.

·       Assist in preparing an IT Plan to meet the short and long terms requirements, including a range of options with advantages and disadvantages of each aligned to the company’s point of view.

·       Assist the company to specify its requirements for the purpose of seeking competitive tenders.

·       Assist our client to identify and screen possible candidate systems and/or service providers to meet its needs.

·       Assist the company to decide the preferred procurement route, including in-house provision or the use of an external service provider.

Management Information System

The main objective is to assist our client to acquire a MIS system that will fully accommodate its current and future needs.

Our Methodology

·       Reporting and information flow and exchange into and between different departments in the company will be reviewed and assessed.

·       WCE will identify and recommend possible reporting system in order to ensure that these will reflect the true needs of our client.

·       WCE will map the information flow chart to identify directions of information flow chart.

·       Reviewing the company’s hardware requirements taking into consideration if applicable the possibility of linking between the company’s main office and its site location with the proper security measures and policies. WCE will draw the system specifications based on their findings. The draw will be state of art and will consider future expansion and development of the company activities.

·       The tender for relevant components and service providers will be circulated to a minimum of 5 suppliers with good track record.

·       Evaluation and recommendations of the most appropriate service provider.

·       Organise a series of demos to ensure efficient selection of the service provider. WCE will ensure that the successful service provider’s terms; warrantee and guarantee are stated to the maximum benefit of our client.
